The mons pubis is the area over the pubic bone above the clitoris. Some women have large fat deposits in that area where the bottom of the abdomen meets the pubic area. The bulky mons can be aesthetically problematic but can be easily addressed by liposuction contouring under local anesthesia tumescent technique. While this is not part of labiaplasty (labioplasty), it can certainly be performed at the same setting as labiaplasty (labioplasty).
